The TNC-X was developed by John Hansen W2FS. It is a very reasonably priced KISS-mode only TNC. It can be connected by the standard RS-232 port or by the optional USB port which can also power the TNC-X. There are add-on daughter-boards for turning it into a tracker or digipeater.
